Great gaming store with very friendly and helpful staff. The new store (they moved to this location in January 2025) is almost double the size of the old store. They have breakout rooms now so you can have people playing different games in separate areas. Good amount of parking but you can only turn right out of the parking lot onto Miramar so makes it little harder to get back to the 15.

Recently attended the Final Fantasy evening pre-release and had an overall positive experience. Good urgency from the TO to keep the event on pace while not rushing to finish. Appreciate their recent attempt to cultivate a MTG scene at this store by offering a Standard tournament for their Grand Opening. Also glad there was a more MTG knowledgable staff member who was able to help search me for specific singles from their set inventory.

Horrible place for customers/enthusiasts who aren't friends with the staff here. You will be treated unpleasantly by rude staff. We were simply trying to check out and the first worker who we approached at the counter apologized and walked away to take a phone call. No big deal, we waited patiently and continued to browse around. But when they returned, they spent the next few minutes with us just standing patiently in front of them to check out while they fumbled around their phone and even had a side conversation with one of their friends in the store. Only to tell us to move on to another counter who can help us check out. At this point, we should've just left because when we went to the other worker at the other counter, he too proceeded to have a conversation with other customer friends instead of just spending the next 15 seconds to just check us out. And even then, when we finally were trying to pay, I was repeatedly rudely asked "Name?" Which, as a non-regular here, how was I supposed to know that they needed my name to check me out. I didn't realize the worker was doing us a huge favor to check us out. We came here once before and had a great time but time around, we felt like unwelcomed outsiders and disrespected customers. Don't take your business here.
