The entire booking experience was trash. I called and got sent to voicemail every time I called and I receive a text from someone. In responding to the text, the person knows nothing about the business or even the availability. They kept saying call back The main number which is the same number they’re texting me from and every time I called back it was sent to voicemail. Then the person kept talking to me about if I decide to come back After saying, I was never Going to use their services. I ended up having to block the number. They’re clearly confused and need some proper Customer service training and better staff. My family and I will not even be going. I’ll find somewhere else.
