I recently moved into the area and contacted Atlantic Spas and Billiards to re-assemble by 15 year old pool table. The experience was excellent from start to finish, with great communication all along the way. Dave coordinated the assembly appointment and helped me pick out some replacement felt. (and made sure it was available before the appointment) The team showed up on time and within a couple of hours were able to assemble it and 100% level - the first time in years! Looks great and feels like a brand new table. I highly recommend them.

I know this is long, but I believe the SwimSpa is finally working correctly now. However, I do want to express my strong dissatisfaction with the way I was treated throughout this process. Everything started off well. The R500 SwimSpa arrived a few weeks ahead of schedule, which was great. It was delivered on a Wednesday with no major issues—except that the steps to get into the SwimSpa were missing. The salesperson told me he would bring the steps and at that time, I would provide the final payment. Here’s where it gets a bit frustrating: much to my embarrassment, I couldn’t locate the check when he arrived. You know how you put something in a “safe place” and then forget where that is? My husband was understandably annoyed, and of course, we found the check just minutes after the salesperson left. I immediately sent a photo of the check and arranged to drop it off the next day. The following morning, I noticed the water temperature in the SwimSpa was still 63°F—exactly the same as the day before, even though the overnight temperature had only dropped to 70°F. I texted the salesperson a photo of the temperature and let him know the heater didn’t seem to be working. He replied with a vague excuse about the night being cold. Throughout the day, we texted and spoke about possibly sending someone to take a look. Even though the daytime temperature was 82°F, the water temperature didn’t budge—clearly, something was wrong with the heater. Still, no one seemed interested in investigating further. On Friday, I was told that since they had already come out twice, they wouldn’t schedule anyone else until the SwimSpa was fully paid for, and that I was contractually obligated to make the payment. I explained that the unit wasn’t functioning, but that didn’t seem to matter. Then I was told the issue was likely with my electricians. To their credit, my electricians came back out right away. Although it wasn’t technically their responsibility, they did find a loose wire going to the heater. While on the phone with Endless Pools tech support, they followed instructions and placed the wire where directed. Shortly after they left, the SwimSpa stopped working completely. Finally, yesterday (Tuesday—almost a full week after delivery), Atlantic Pools and Spas sent a technician. He determined that the panel board was a newer version, and no one had known where the extra wire was supposed to go. Fortunately, he figured it out. Today is Wednesday—exactly one week from delivery—and the SwimSpa is now heating properly and has reached 79°F. I just dropped off the check—fingers crossed everything goes smoothly from here!

If you are considering purchasing a hot tub from Atlantic Billiards and Spas please think twice. I had my spa delivered on March 28, 2023 and from day one I have had issues balancing the chemicals. I recently found out that the cover was either not properly installed or was defective, as the flaps on the side weren’t sealing properly and run off from my roof was getting in. I began reaching out to Atlantic Billiards and Spas in early May. My calls were initially being put through to the voicemail for Lisa, with no response. After 5 voicemails over a month, I reached out to my salesperson who asked me to contact Anne. Again, after 3 voice mails no response. I finally talked to Anne and she said the cover is out of warranty and she would contact the manufacturer, which she never did, as I reached out to them today and they had no record. It's unfortunate they have 10 people trying to sell you something but not one person who will help after the sale. Update: The response is fabricated You response would be good if it was true. I came in twice over the past year to have the chemicals checked and both times the equipment wasn't working. In addition, I started calling at the beginning of May and I can take a screen shots of the calls from my phones history if anyone would like to see them. As for my it took me two years to realize the cover wasn't closing properly is it was the side closest to the house. The only reason I found out was because a snake got in, then a week later when we had the gutters pressure washed there was a ton of roof debree in the tub. This still doesn't explain why your company lied and said they called Watkins when they never did. If anyone would like the serial number for my tub to call Watkins I am happy to provide. Please don't play the victim

Cub Thompson spent over two hours with us to educate and make it easy for us to decide on the right spa tub for our situation. He was extremely knowledgeable, no pressure and super informative. We could not have asked for better service. We purchased a great spa and without his help at Atlantic it would have been a lot more confusing to make the right choice. I highly suggest anyone looking for the best spa store in the area, definitely visit Atlantic and ask for Cub, you won’t be disappointed.
