So it did start off a little questionable because I’ve been on a lot of atv tours and I have never been on one that did not provide the safety gear in the fee meaning goggles and helmet. Even in the third world countries gear was included. So when I arrived I paid the balance but was not informed that we needed to buy goggles so I was irritated because as the representative you should inform your customers when they gonna have to pay for extras or at least say hey we don’t provide ect would you like to purchase? We only found out right before time to pull off no signs no nothing. I also didn’t like that I had to wait to start the trail to use the bathroom mind you we are in a secluded area in a field in the middle of the night why would you not allow us to use the restroom?? We just spent over 500 bucks you couldn’t have thought we were trying to rob you or nothing like we are in the woods females should have access to a restroom in a well lit secure area because I know that cashier was not riding to the woods to uriate!! We drove over a hour to get to this excursion by the way. They misrepresented the location on the add it had a north beach Miami address but they called back and text me the actual address which was over a hour from where we were but now I had already paid the deposit via cash app so okay we in now. When i tried to address the concerns it was no real ownership now they are just third party responsible for taking the money but can’t answer anything else just collect money is insane. Moving forward the young men that took us out were great! They made sure everyone was good and we rode for almost an hour through a great trail that offered a little bit of every terrain. He also made sure I made it to the port a potty in the field🤦🏾♀️. But again the actual tour was good. They even put a sign up in the office by the time we came back making future riders aware of purchase prices of the needed equipment so at least I feel like something came from the lack of accountability the third party represented in the beginning.

I was very disappointed after my ride. I paid for an hour and I was told to arrive 15 minutes prior to my 6 o clock reservation and I was there at 5:50. I didn’t get on an atv until 6:45. The ride lasted maybe 35 minutes very quick ride. When we got back I asked about my reservation and she said my ride was 45 minutes and that 15 minutes was for instructions and that was on the website. I didn’t see anywhere on the website that this was mentioned. The instructions were maybe 5 minutes very simpled and quick. I paid for 1 hour of atv time that’s what was said on the website, they even have a 45 minute option. Ride was very short and I was given very little information about anything here. I would not come here the lady made up some excuse quick about my ride time. Nice ride but cut very short. I would have paid for the 45 minutes. The wait to ride was longer than the actual ride itself. Save your time and money don’t come here.
