I want to express my deep disappointment with the service I received today. As a frequent and loyal customer who has always had great experiences in the past, I was truly let down. If I could rate -1 I totally would. Unfortunately, the outcome of my nails was unacceptable. The French manicure I received was poorly executed—some nails were not fully painted, and the lines were uneven and messy. I’ve consistently chosen French nails for years, so I can confidently say this is the worst set I’ve ever had. I contacted the salon hoping to have the issue resolved, only to be told that a correction would come with an additional fee. Given that this was clearly a technical issue, not a matter of personal preference, I found this response very unfair. You can even see it in the picture how poorly the nails are painted and one of them is half way painted not even all the way. THE AUDACITY of having me PAY MORE MONEY for a service not done properly seems very unprofessional to me. It seems the technician may be new or inexperienced, and while I understand everyone has to start somewhere, paying full price for a professional service should come with professional results. It doesn’t feel right for paying customers to bear the cost of someone’s training.

Technician pulling my feet in and out the bucket of water putting them on her lap??? Polish everywhere! Toe Nails not manicured! Hands cut up, lumpy rubber polish, no shape, and cuticles bleeding!!!
