A little pricey, but I enjoy the adult nights.

Friday adult night's vibe was relaxed. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. It honestly reminded me of how skating used to be where you could approach anyone to skate. Music could be better but it's actually better than some other places I've been around the country. The staff and patrons were nice. The seating areas were creative. I suppose that's because the building was repurposed to be a skating rink. The floor is not wooden but it provided grip for me even though my wheels are harder (slipperier) than most wheels. I look forward to going back.

Beth the manager should not be a manager anywhere. She is rude, does NOT know basics of customer service, she does NOT know how to treat people with respect and curtesy all around. One of her friends-employee was twice sent by Beth, according to the associate, to us the parents that were seated to harass us. It is one thing to enforce your property rules and other to be RUDE. She said your kid cannot go on the rink without roller skate this is my 4 year old. I answered she was not on the rink but playing by the chairs. Then I went and bough their $2/peace water and was going to put in our bag this employee literally immediately comes and says you cannot have the water on the rink. I was like would you mind us putting it in our bag, to what she “authorized”. Like really! Hire a person to check bags then. At this time, I said well let me find the manager and learn about this and I learned the same always rude Beth is the manager. No empathy, no finding out what happened, nothing! I told her I’m a manager myself and do not understand how she does not know simple customer service. She said you can call the owner, I asked for the contact information she said “find it yourself on the website”. I’ve tried so hard to not say anything about Beth’s rude attitude so far because the place is a minute from our home and my 7 year old kid likes rollerskating so we would go one or two times a week and invite my kids friends too. Before today, I’ve had the little coin machine in at the coins and not issue the little toy, and told the front desk Beth and she was literally “what do you want me to do about it”. Well give me the money back since my kid did not get the toy when inserted the money. I asked Beth last week “How does it work for booking a birthday party?” She answered “What about it? Go to the website” Just overall bad experience, rude employees, dirty establishment, food is TX health department questionable, employees bringing friends to hang out with them and imitate customers example “me giving thumbs up to my kid rollerskating”…. Bunch of just uncomfortable comments and missing basics of proper communication with customers of people all around…I tried so hard to not say anything but I’ve had enough.

If you don't like your job as much as you do, maybe you should quit. Didn't have quarters available for the lockers, had a general attitude everytime I asked for anything and refused to sell me pickle juice when they ran out of pickles even though I was willing to pay for a pickle... Hope the pickle juice your literally gonna throw away was worth this review.

Adult Nights are great. The atmosphere was very relaxed. All the adults seemed to be having a good time. I’m not the best skater, but this experience made me want to get back to roller skating. The music was appropriate and had a mix of all genres. The staff were nice and friendly. There was adequate seating inside the skating area and general event space.
