I previously had a mobile mechanic out who did not completely fasten together my steering column and even forgot to reinstall a part. Thank you, Cristian, for your time and attention. 06/19/2025 I chose Auto Programming Center LLC based on recommendations from others in the automotive industry. The technician arrived on time and was very polite and attentive throughout the service. However, unfortunately, he was unable to program the transmission on my 2011 Nissan Armada after a valve body replacement. What concerned me most was that he confused the ECU (Engine Control Unit) with the TCU (Transmission Control Unit), which are completely different components. This basic mistake made me question the technician’s knowledge and the overall quality of the service. Despite not completing the programming, I was still charged $180, which I feel is unfair considering no work was done. Additionally, if I choose to have the transmission programmed again, I was told I would have to pay the full amount once more. While I appreciate the technician’s polite attitude, I am disappointed with the service as a whole and would expect better technical expertise for this type of job.

These guys really helped me out. I had a bad SKIM/Immobilizer device on my truck. I spent a month trying to fix it myself and sending my ECU to companies to have it programmed and calling dozens of mechanics and locksmiths across the valley. Everyone failed.
