I also brought my mom in for a makeover, and Emiley was wonderful—making her feel at ease and giving her stunning highlights for the first time. My daughters have been going to this salon for 4 consecutive years. My eldest daughter had long beautiful locks down to her waist and was given a cut that is choppy and looks like split ends. It’s awful. She was given layers when she didn’t ask for them - and they are uneven for that matter. She wakes up every morning devastated. I agree that her hair has been ruined. While it’s not the end of the world and will grow back, it is a terrible experience to have to go through, especially when your hair is your pride and joy. I would not recommend this salon but rather make the drive into town and go to another. After 4 years of being clients, we will not return.
