Within 2 weeks, my thumb nail popped off. In less than 4 weeks, a total of 3 nails popped off. I work a very boring office job, and I don’t do anything crazy with my nails (very little house work or manual labor). My gel X mani started lifting near the cuticle. The lifting is because the tech did not apply enough glue towards the base of the nail. I paid a bit more than what I normally do so this was very disappointing. Otherwise, the salon is clean which I gave them 3 stars. They use sterilized tools. I might be back because I highly value cleanliness but…I’m still on the lookout for my go-to nail tech. I would give this place another shot just because it is very clean and update my review if my next gel-x manicure is better.
