I truly enjoyed the course. I took the 2 days a week 5 week phlebotomists course and Dinorah (course instructor/business owner) is very patient and informational. With her course being a fast track course Dinorah really gets to the point and tells you what you NEED to know. With her 20+ years experience in the medical field I really felt that I was in the right place. She lectures a chapter a week and assigns homework. There will be a quiz over the chapter the following week. As long as you do the homework and pass her quizzes with 80% or higher YOU WILL PASS THE COURSE.! She always gives you a chance to retake a quiz if you’re not happy with the grade. On puncture days she watches closely and corrects when needed and also talks strategy about how one should prepare the materials needed as well as the patient. The course cost includes 1 pair of scrubs, a 6 chapter textbook (less than 1/2 an inch thick), a composition notebook for notes, as well as all the training materials you will need to preform venipunctures and dermal punctures in class. The state certification cost is not included in the course cost. I enjoyed Dinorah and the atmosphere of her office so much that I plan to take the Medical Assistant course with her next year.

I was once a student at B& M institute and this platform gave me strong grounds to a solid foundation to my Nursing pursuit. Ms Dee is well grounded and will give you all the tools you need to be solid and successful..I had a good experience doing my CNA with her and it was fun all the way learning various skills and practices. She is a good tutor,patient , professional and has a courteous manner to students yet very swift in response . I highly recommend her and the institute.

He also has a lot of experience and is very knowledgeable. I truly enjoyed my time at B&M. Having a great group of classmates was a bonus.

I went here for the Phlebotomy Course, and loved it the teacher is very nice and when you don’t understand something she will sit down with you and help as much as she can, she is very understanding and is GOOD at what she does. I passed my exam and now I am working as a Phlebotomist. This is truly a great place with a warm environment. Everybody is so nice and friendly. I loved the teaching and just the whole course in general! Definitely recommend this school!
