Not sure if the guy in bad mood today. I am a returned customer but very disappointed with the service. No price tag on the shoes. I had to ask to know the price. He was so reluctant on answering me. There are very few badminton store around Bay Area and I like to support local store but be very aware of buying anything from this store. They don’t take returns. They won’t put or say it anywhere on the store. It is written on a receipt at the very bottom which anyone will not notice. I had bought a shoe and I came to store the very next morning as the shoe was not fitting well and they charged me some 20% restocking fee. 20% of $150 does add up. The owner mentioned that he will set aside as used shoe with reduced price. I went to their website the next day and that shoe was available at full price. So what I got was not the correct information. I was quite disappointed.
