This was literally one of the best days I have ever had. We were picked up from our hotel & taken to our small plane. We flew from Nassau to Exuma & we were met by our captain for the day & our boat. So much is included & everything is so well organised. We got to snorkel in Thunderball cave, swim with pigs, hold nursing sharks, visit the iguanas on their own island & take stunning photos on a beautiful sandbar. Lunch was also included. I cannot recommend this tour enough. It was a bucket list tour for me & it was better than I could have imagined. Thank you so much for making this day so amazing & one we'll never forget.

The highlight of our trip! Everything was included— transportation to the airport, private flight to Staniel Cay, boat trip, lunch, iguana island, pig beach, Thunderball Grotto, snorkeling over a crashed plane, sandbars and sightseeing stops. Great, professional team (shoutout to Captain Perry) that makes sure you have the experience you’re looking for.

We had a day in Nassau on a cruise ship and didn’t want to stay in Nassau or go to Atlantis. Truly the day was an epic experience and so smooth from the ride to the Airport with Dave, Captain Bullet was an expert pilot that gave us a lot of confidence with his skill, and Captain Perry just made the day on the water at Staniel Cay a bucket list kind of day! Finished all of it off with a great lunch at the restaurant right before we departed to make it back to the ship in time for sail away at 5pm! These people take great care of you!!

I would love to thank everyone at Bahamas Air Tours for making this the absolute Best Day at the Bahamas I will ever experience! It all started with Dave, our Shuttle Driver. He picked us up with a huge smile. He was so happy to do what he did, and he made the start of the trip so much fun! He spoke to everyone, was hilarious and was himself a Vibe, we loved him! Someone give this man some Fish Fry, he deserves it!! Then we got dropped off at the airport and took a plane ride with Bullard, the Pilot. He made the ride very smooth on the way there as it was clear skies and just WOW, the bluest waters you'll ever see. He was also very nice and welcoming. When we arrived, we were introduced to Dexi, the Host of the tour. This lady was so sweet and kind. She walked us down to the boats and was here when we came back. When we arrived at the boats we met Perry, our Captain. He made sure we soaked up every stop! he took us to Iguana Island, Pig Beach, Swimming with the Sharks, The Sand Bar, Thunderball Grotto and to see the Pablo Escobar Plane crash. Let me tell you - All these stops are INCREDIBLE. Noone was bored of anything; it was all an adventure of a lifetime. To see the bluest water and all the animals and to just be there was the coolest experience of my life. Perry was so patient and talked us through every stop. He had snacks, waters, sodas, snorkel gear and towels on board. All things you needed! (But don't forget your sunscreen) it was hot! Huge shoutout to Perry for being a wonderful Captain to us! When the excursion was over, we made it back to the dock where we met back up with Dexi and she took us to the diner to have lunch. We met Dee who will give you the hottest Hot Sauce you'll ever have!!! Be careful! Dee was very quick in the kitchen and made sure everyone had what they wanted. She was giggly and fun. We all appreciated her. I would love to give another Huge Shoutout to Dexi as she committed the sweetest act of kindness you can imagine. The plane was getting ready to take off and I had remembered an adorable cute stuffed pig I saw in the gift shop. I was going to ask my husband for the money and had completely forgot during lunch. The pilot was eager to take off as a storm was coming and I ran out of time...Dexi saw that I was upset I had forgot about it, and that Sweetheart of a lady ran and got me one just before the Pilot closed the doors! It was the most amazing thing! I felt so special, and I loved it so so much. That was just the cherry on top of a perfect day. Thank you so very much Dexi! I'll always remember how you made me feel

Don't hesitate, book this now! We had such an amazing time on the Swimming Pigs Tour, I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to fully experience the Bahamas outside of just the resort life! I actually surprised my husband with this excursion for our anniversary and he was completely blown away by the activities throughout the day. It started with us getting picked up directly from our Airbnb by a tour bus driven by Dave. He was so happy and friendly, you could tell he absolutely love what he does for a living! He drove us to a small airfield out by the airport. We got on a small plane and I actually got to sit up front with the pilot, which was one of the coolest experiences of my life! For 30 mins there and back, we got to see the islands, sandbars, blue waters, and fluffy clouds from above and it was beyond stunning! Once we landed, we walked a very short distance to the boat and there we met our Captain, Dave. Omg, this guy is a RIOT! He had us laughing the entire day. He's funny, direct, a little crass, but in a good way, and just such a fun person to spend the entire day with on the boat! We stopped at the Iguana beach and got to spend some time taking photos, splashing around in the warm, blue waters, and chilling with the iguanas. From there, we went to the Thunderball Grotto which was just gorgeous! The waters were so clear, there were tons of fish, the light coming through the top of the cave hit the water in beams, and there were little tunnels you could swim through to leave and enter the cave (if you're good at holding your breath anyway!) After that, we went over to the Pig Beach. Ahhh, this was amazing! The pigs started swimming over to our boat before we even got close to the shore, and my husband and I were the first to jump in the water and start swimming with them. They were so cute, sweet, and friendly! We swam with them, fed them little pieces of bread, and hung out with them on the beach. The babies were the absolute cutest! From there, we took the boat to our third stop, this little cove with a bunch of nurse sharks! They're totally harmless and so beautiful, so don't be nervous about this part at all! They'll swim right up to you and let you stoke them as they go by. We even flipped a few over on their backs and rubbed their bellies, they're like little ocean puppies! The next stop might have been my favorite though, the sand bar. Oh. My. God. Talk about paradise! If there was one place on this planet I would want to be stranded, it was on this sand bar. The sand was so white and soft, the water was the bluest I'd ever seen and so warm, and to be able to take a beer, and just sit on the beach and watch the wind gently blow through the palm trees on the surrounding islands with the warm sun on your skin... It was absolute heaven. Our final stop was the plane wreck! We all jumped out into the water one last time and snorkeled around the wreckage. So many fish surrounded the plane, it was such a cool little eco-system to witness. After that, we took the boat back to the main island for lunch and cocktails. Everything was so tasty and it was really fun to sit with the other people we'd spent the day with on the boat and recap our day together. And as a little anniversary gift, they gave us a free shot glass and beer coozie with the pigs on it and a built in bottle opener. The flight back was just as gorgeous as the flight there, and the pilot was so fun both ways. I'm telling you that this excursion is worth every penny and you'll regret not booking it. My husband and I have been traveling the world full time for the last 7 years and have been to some really beautiful places and done some really incredible things. This day was absolutely one of our favorites though!
