I love this place. Drinks and food are fairly priced. Things tasted good all around, we got the large nachos and they were huge. Popcorn chicken never misses but ask for extra sauce when you order. Love coming here during the holiday season but honestly anytime is a good time to be here!

A Seattle favorite of mine for sure! I love coming here during the holidays, especially for Halloween. Lots of eccentric and quirky artwork on the walls and ceilings. Sometimes they have a small market going on in the main seating area. Staff here is always friendly. Cocktails are delicious here. Happy hour food is a good price. Love a good frozen drink when they have them. On the weekends, expect longer waits for a table. Bar area is available but bar seating is limited as well.

This place has a cozy vibe! The fish & chips were delicious, particularly the french fries which were perfectly crisp on the outside and fluffy on the inside. We also ordered tater tots which were cooked well. The only downside with the food was the popcorn chicken. The chicken was quite dry and nothing stood out about it flavor wise. My paper plane cocktail was well balanced and service was attentive. I’d go back to Bait Shop and recommend others looking for a cozy dive bar.

Check out the holiday skeleton decoration by the EXIT sign. (Is that a good use of metaphor or what! 😉) 2 minute Christmas light show every hour on the hour until December 31st is a fun experience, no tickets or reservations necessary. Love the holiday themed decorations. My fav is the big mouth bass wall plaque with a santa hat. The French fries are thick cut, crispy, warm and creamy on the inside. The house specialty cocktails are just OK. Better to go with a beer or soda. The waitress is very friendly and helpful. I noticed she greeted everyone with a smile and the a "Hi friend..."
