We really enjoyed our visit. Unfortunately most of the art studios were closed but we had gone to check out Bookleggers and were really surprised at how amazing it is. What’s better than free books? The people who work there are great and they have a very large selection of books.

Such a cool spot to check out some amazing artwork, and the resident studios are open so you can see artists in action. They even have a cozy little library where you can grab books for free, how awesome is that? The whole place is super clean and well taken care of. The staff is friendly, helpful, and really makes you feel at home. It’s a gem of a place that brings art and community together in the best way.

Great artwork on display, and resident studios are opened to see the works of many great artists. The facility also offers a library where books are provided free of charge. It is clean, and the staff is excellent and welcoming.

Hunting collective art studios led me to the bakehouse. I came across the free bookstore in the back, grabbed a book and ran, then came back to donate $20. I been had. Thanks to all who make this place happen. I will give my 2 cents, though: i remember the ArtCenter of 30 years ago as being a place without walls. Here, many doors have blinds so I can’t peer in and the art can’t peer out and intermingle with neighbors.
