I absolutely love taking the adult classes with Lainie, she is an incredible teacher! Lainie creates an accepting and welcoming environment for adult dancers of all backgrounds and body types, she provides gentle instruction that helps you learn how to dance in a way that is safe and strengthening for your body. I have danced throughout my life and have never met a teacher who is as attentive and supportive of all her students. I would not have returned to dance without her diligent instruction and I would recommend her tutelage to students of all ages.

I moved to AZ recently and went in search of finding a solid intermediate Adult Ballet class. I tried several studios and finally found Ballet Theatre of Phoenix! I love it! It’s truly an intermediate class with excellent technique and instruction. The instructor is a caring and gifted teacher, and the atmosphere of the studio is pleasant and supportive. I would highly recommend this studio for Adult Ballet and especially the Intermediate class if you have some dance experience. There’s other level classes too!

The company is very talented as well and always gives great performances, some which are free to the community. Their advanced adult ballet classes are perfect if you have been dancing for awhile or are a retired ballet dancer! Couldn’t recommend this studio enough!!
