I went in for ankle pain and was seen by Samantha Roberts, who showed zero concern or empathy. She had a very rude attitude, barely listened to what I explained, gave me a referral to another doctor, and that was it. She didn’t suggest anything for the pain — not even an over-the-counter painkiller, ice, or heat. It was a terrible experience, and I absolutely do not recommend this place. People like this should be working in the back office, not attending to patients who are seeking medical attention out of necessity.

If I could give NO star I would. I was discriminated against and denied medical care on Sunday 11/24/2024. I provided a valid state ID to confirm my identity and was treated so badly. I have a debilitating disability and I was very ill. So sad and disrespectful how I was denied medical because of the color of my skin. The lady did not have a name badge and would not give me her name. Yet, she had all of my personal information. I have videos of the encounter. When I told her that I wanted to file a complaint. She retaliated by taking the grievance procedure flyer away to prevent me from filing a complaint on how she was treating me.

Don’t bother making appointments. That waitlist screen must be broken because my name kept getting bumped down by walkins even though I had a appointment. Most of the front desk people were nice. The lady in the thick black glasses gave me attitude after I asked how long my wait would be. No compassion for sick people.
