The atmosphere felt unwelcoming from the moment I walked in, and the employees seemed disinterested. I didn’t push further because it was clear they didn’t care—which is frustrating after spending my money there for so long. If you haven't been to the mall in a while their location has moved! They are now downstairs directly below the previous spot and across. Underneath the Apple store. The new space is larger so that's nice but could use more seating or decor. I usually order 3 different things, black tea boba, dalgona coffee, or brown sugar ice milk. I recently asked for a dalgona brown sugar hybrid and it was DELICIOUS. I highly recommend it. It's the dalgona coffee but with brown sugar syrup added, and boba of course. It's a nice convenient drink spot in the mall while you shop or on a break.

Use cash, there's a 4% credit/debit card transaction fee. I got the oolong milk tea with boba. The milk tea was good but the boba was tasteless. Their version of less ice was still half the cup filled with ice. Some of the ingredients, like the milk, in the drinks separate after about 20-30 minutes without stirring. I did finish my drink so it was okay, but most likely wouldn't order from here again when there are other boba options near me. It's lucky that they're the only boba shop in the mall.
