Just tremendous variety on the menu. There were many choices of classic plates and at 16:30 with happy hour good end enough different options and all were excellent. Had a wonderful experience at Barceloneta! The patatas bravas were absolutely amazing – perfectly crispy with just the right amount of spice. Our server was super sweet, attentive, and made sure we were always taken care of, which really elevated the whole evening. We ordered croquettes, mussels, chorizo, oxtail dumplings, house wine and chocolate bread pudding for dessert. The mussels were are least favorite. They had a breaded filling that overpowered the rest. The bread pudding was so hot it melted the ice cream right away. Rest of the food was good, sauces were tasty. Parking was easy at 6:30 pm. Service was great overall. They were very attentive, encouraged us to take advantage of happy hour specials and checked in before it ended. Great place to drink and have tapas in a more quiet area of MB.
