Very cute and clearly popular pizza place. Cool vibe with the covered patio seating. Love seeing groups of friends and families enjoying pizza and chatting. Service was great. Very friendly and team seems to all enjoy being there. The pizza was good. Nice char on the crust and tasty tomato sauce. The honey added some fun sweetness to the pizza. And great amount of nicely thinly sliced salami. I’m very excited to try the cookies I bought to take home - oatmeal butterscotch & chocolate chip with sea salt.

We ordered the cheeseburger pizza, which had great flavor. My husband said it tasted more like a BIG MAC from McDonald's, but we loved it. Light, crispy crust, great favors, and a fun atmosphere. Definitely need to come back to try more pizza!

I can’t express how much I truly wish I had three stomach so I could consume more. It took a lot of will power to not finish a whole half of pizza. 10/10 recommend Barchetta! 🤩 Everyone working was very welcoming and hard working. Kaiden gave some great recommendations and walked over to the self serve drinks on tap to show us how it works. He came and checked on us frequently and I think he’s killing it at his job 👍 When I said I wanted pizza, Barchetta is what I meant... forever and always. I will be back and trying more flavors of pies next time!

This is a fairly excellent NY style pizza. Especially coming out of the deck ovens they use in the restaurant. I was impressed by the crisp bite to the crust edge while the inside retained that soft chewy goodness one expects from any quality NY establishment (Di Fara came to mind when I ate this). They used quality pepperoni and cheese for the order so I expect the rest would be of similar quality. The dough had a good flavor to it that one can only get from a multi day fermenting process (or using beer instead of water, not likely; expensive). My one criticism is the price. This was a small pizza for its premium level price and while good. It wasn’t that good. Especially considering 10 minutes away in Longmont, for similar price, you can get the best NY style I’ve found in this state and it’s considerably larger. All things said though, sometimes you want that neighborhood bite and this does the trick. 7.9 on the Portnoy scale if you follow him.
