After a prolonged, years-long flirtation with and desire to delve into the intriguing world of yoga, I was absolutely delighted to find the opportunity to catch a Saturday a.m. Class with instructor Robin; following a suggestion from friends (both male and female). What an absolutely wonderful experience this was. While the class was challenging in all the positive ways, it also remained an absolutely warm and welcoming environment for a beginner who couldn't replicate ALL the poses perfectly quite yet (though I endeavor to in proximity). The music and energy of the entire 90 minutes oscillated seamlessly from serene, meditative and spiritual to upbeat intensity and most everything in-between. The instructor was more like a guide and it was very, very clear how much effort and work was put into the class, tonality, feel and refreshing gear shifts. I could not recommend this studio any more. The class confirmed my interest in moving forward with integrating yoga into my life and I Iook forward to my next time(s) attending!

I love this studio. I’ve been a member for a couple months now and love it. The people are so welcoming and I feel I belong. I had done Power yoga before, but never at a place that valued the spirituality and mindfulness of yoga so much. It’s been a good change of pace. Highly recommend.

Incredible place to practice yoga. The entire atmosphere is positive, welcoming, and inspiring, and I leave every class refreshed, energized, grounded. I've tried most of the instructors and they are all wonderful, each bringing a unique style and vibe to the practice. Also great for all experience levels, including people just starting out like I was a few months ago.

My first time at Barefeet yoga was such a great experience. Having not been able to do yoga in person, it was such a delight to be in an in studio class. Everything felt very clean and safe but also welcoming. The teacher was kind and helpful and the class was a perfect pace with modifications offered if needed. I will definitely be going back.
