I've been here a couple of times and had the buffalo chicken sandwich, which was phenomenal. But for my review, I decided to try the Cowboy burger. Oh...my...God. With the exception of Maple & Motor, this was the best burger I've had in 20 years of living back in Dallas. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. First of all, the food I had was good. I got a grilled cheese, tomato bisque soup, and a Caesar salad. Everything was good. Two of my colleagues got burgers. They were undercooked and they ended up not feeling good afterwards. It’s a cool atmosphere, but smoking is allowed which wasn’t for us. They were also understaffed when we went but the server was doing his best and was sweet.

Came later in the evening on a Sunday and of course it wasn't very busy but I would imagine depending on the day and time you arrive it could be either very lively or quieter like on a Sunday evening. I do have to say what really caught my attention was the extremely enjoyable patio seating area. There are wood burning fire pits that would be very enjoyable for when the weather is brisk outside. With various types of seating on the patio it was great for whether you are with just one person or maybe with a small group. Definitely enjoyed the ambiance and will be returning soon.

So it’s a bar. With bar food. The service was perfect. Food was fresh and hot and generously sized. Beer was cold. Cocktails were not watered down. Parking blows but hey, that’s the only thing that was not ideal.
