0 customers service, I usually don’t visit libraries anymore, there amazon that has everything and in great prices, but finding a hook was nos as easy on amazon so i decided to visit this location. No one greeted me, i was able to find the section I need on my own. The cashier absolutely no desire to be there. I asked for a printed and e mail receipt and i was told they can only do one or the other. With no care whatsoever. So now i have to print my receipt for my records. It definitely made me remember why online shopping is better.

PROS Parking is readily available in front of this location. There is a large selection of books, relative items, and the setup of the stands are cute. Starbucks is available, but the "Frappucino/Drink of the Day" was not as flavorful as other locations. I got a Strawberry Frappucino. The vanilla bean fraps were good here though. CONS This BN doesn't have as much seating available as others and the children's area was not very welcoming. Just seemed like an after-thought put in the back corner.
