Staff is very friendly and helpful. I've gone using Class Pass and have been to over 15 classes. All the instructors offer alternatives to each move. The majority of classes will include small weights, a mat (provided onsite), and occasionally the sliders, or resistance bands. In my experience the 6 am class is quite small (usually under 10 people), while the Monday 6 pm can get very busy (feels like at least 25 people). They have cubbies to leave your belongings outside of the class and the restrooms have all the female necessities you could need if your Aunt Flo decides to make a surprise visit while you are in class. Both restroom have baby changing tables and I've heard they provide classes where child care is provided. They do provide parking validation so you can go into the parking garage behind (McBee parking garage). Bring a water bottle and if you need more they do have a water dispenser to refill. Overall, I've enjoyed my experiences and will continue to attend.

Beautiful studio, clean and bright. The team is very welcoming and attentive. The instructors adapt the class to everyone's level. I really like the atmosphere. I just finished the two-week unlimited for $79 and I’m going to get a membership or a class package to continue.

This Barre3 has been such a great workout for my second trimester of pregnancy. Not all poses or series worked with my growing belly, but the instructors always had ways to modify as needed. Parking is a breeze. There's an actual sense of community. And there's a wide range of ages in the classes (which I love). If I could wish for two things, it'd be more midday and afternoon classes and that the play lounge be available on weekends. Overall, so grateful to have such a pregnancy-friendly workout option in the neighborhood!

I come here at least twice a week and have had all of the instructors and tried all of the different class formats including the new cardio class. All of the instructors are amazing and I always feel great after each workout. I also have my toddler go to Play Lounge while I work out and it has really been one of the best parts about living in Mueller. My toddler loves playing in the children’s area and there are lots of toys and activities. Thank you to the owner, the instructors, and the play lounge teachers!
