Nearly all of the flavors were unavailable for some reason? I requested a color for the cake in online form that would match the party - this apparently never made it to the person putting the cake together or maybe it’s not available with that type of cake? Will never know. Requested a simple happy birthday message - child’s name was spelled wrong. When the order was picked up, told the cashier twice that the name was spelled wrong on the cake during pick up, and it was ignored. Cake itself tasted good and was ready on time.

It was my birthday today, and baskin is supposed to give you a free ice cream scoop. I had the app, was signed up and had my physical ID with my birthday on it. The employee said “No, we can’t do that.” Very disappointing since it clearly states online that they are able to give you a free scoop. I was so excited and the employee was very mean
