The Original Korean Fried Chicken at bb.q Chicken is a standout for its simplicity and execution. If you’re a fan of straightforward, perfectly cooked fried chicken without the frills, the Original Korean Chicken is a must-try. It’s simple, satisfying, and packed with quality in every bite. I also love the vibes and the decorations. The prices were reasonable for the quality of food, and the portions were generous. My only small critique is the limited parking in the area, but that’s expected in Chinatown. Overall, a must-visit spot for anyone craving Korean fried chicken with bold flavors.

I ordered the boneless wings. Should have known better. Had to dig out any white meat possible and my family couldn’t even stomach the food. I asked for a refund politely, after not being served properly and leaving a tip. I showed the waiters my food and she poked at all of it with her fingers. Then they still refused my refund saying we ate some already. Well of course. But for $59.95 this place is NOT WORTH THE hype.!! Not to mention the worker had her lunch out in the open for everyone to Hoover over and view that she had all the GREAT MEAT FOR HERSELF AND STAFF. Hair all over the floor place is a joke. I will be disputing this with my bank since they couldn’t help me out.

For Korean-style fried chicken, bb.q does a great job in providing not greasy, crispy yet lightly battered, tender fried chicken that’s delicious each time. Their original may be the best option as it provides a very flavorful and simple alternative to other restaurants that charge more per bite. I thought that their secret sweet sauce, though yummy, was too much in terms of drenching the chicken so that it wasn’t as crunchy.. however, this just means that I wouldn’t be ordering it again unless the sauce was a side. I’m very excited to try their other flavors, as the original was just SO good! This company is known also for ingenious packaging; it keeps the chicken warm, fresh, and crispy even during a long delivery or snowy day. I would 100% recommend and return to this restaurant, hence the 5-stars though excess sauce (I used it as a dipping sauce for the original). I find the price to be affordable as well, considering the quality and quantity compared to other Korean-style places.

Too worried about making money the customer leaves unsatisfied. We spent $30 on 16 piece of chicken. We didn’t like what we had. The chicken was undercooked. Wasn’t crunchy at all, and we didn’t like the sauces. This was our first time here and was ready to try something new and delicious. When we asked for a refund with majority of the food still on the plates we were told no because most people like the food. When I asked what they do for customers that don’t like it what do they do, she gave no answer but “yeah.” I told her most restaurants give the customer a refund or make accommodation for the customer she said “I don’t think so.” As someone that works in the restaurant field the customer is always right. The hospitality was a flop. You all need to find a better system for unsatisfied customers.

Service took forever says it’s takes 20-25 but more like a hour … staff doesn’t really speak English so hard to communicate. Hour wait for food and food was lukewarm … not bad but not good :)
