I can’t recommend this place enough. As someone who was brand new to spin, I can say this is the most welcoming fitness studio ever. They go out of their way to make sure you’re comfortable and are ready to help you set up the bike your first few visits. Best spin studio I’ve ever been to! I used to go to spin classes every so often and had such a hard time finding the rhythm and enjoying myself, but that’s all changed since coming to be here now. It’s such an incredibly welcoming space with really fun instructors and awesome members. I love being able to chat with new people every time I come in! Be Here Now is the place to be! I haven’t taken a spin class since college (almost 10 years ago…) and when I was invited to go to BHN I was so nervous. However, when I first walked through the doors, I’ve felt so welcomed by the team and was able to pick up where I’ve left off. The team helped me set up my bike and provided me with enough guidance to feel confident during my first class. And now I’m over 50+ classes (and as someone who has a hard time sticking to things I’ve started), I’m so grateful for this community and space to begin again and again and again!
