Not sure why they called it at Beach Park. I went there with family to have lunch as I have take away from the restaurant and didn’t find any other place to have food. It was a memorial day and the whole city was busy and we are struggling to get food.

It is not the place to bring kids, there is always someone drunk/drugged hangs out around. This park should be closed and moved from that place. I've taken my child over there 3 times, each time hoping that it would be different. I drove him there because he likes the slides in that park a lot. But after all three times I had the same unpleasant experience - so it was not just a coincidence. I am not taking my child there again. It doesn't feel right and safe.

This is a lovely neighborhood park, when it is not serving as a vagrant campsite. Note: there is no "beach" here - not even any sand or water. It was named after the Beach family, which left the property to the City of Boulder in their will many decades ago. So don't bring a swimsuit or a surfboard!
