A great overall experience - went to make some jewelry - it was definitely packed on MLK day, so definitely recommend making an appointment ahead of time. I went with my mom, not realizing we needed an appointment. But we were able to browse and pick things out, and we were able to get helped for chains. We ended up making our jewelry at home because we had the tools. Lots of options to pick from! To make a necklace + bracelet was about $170 for what I got.

Pretty disappointed with this experience! I had a keychain made here and it fell apart almost immediately. When I brought it back in to be repaired I had to pay for the fix/clasps (not cheap!). This whole experience ended up being way more time consuming and very expensive! I’ll also say the first time I went in the associates seemed like they were having a terrible time (it was Mother’s Day) and it was just weird vibes all around. I regret this and should have just purchased online.

We've been here a few times and on this last time i brought a bracelet that broke and one of the ladies in front gave me the material to fix it and i tried but when i came back another lady with a nice looking cat ring on her hand helped me further. She actually fixed it with a much thicker string and while she was doing that it gave us time to get more things, and ended buying a few things and a nice glass necklace. Very nice things to consider and we will come back for more. Great and friendly service.
