The bead selection here is fun, but not worth the overpricing and the consistently disappointing customer service. Yesterday made me wary of returning, after witnessing one of the shop keepers speak so condescendingly to a customer (who had asked an innocent question while checking out) that she started welling up with tears; the clerk noticed this and then loudly announced to the store “Can we stop talking about this now? No crying in the bead store!” Truly bizarre and hostile vibes.

I visited Beadworld along with my partner because she needed to lengthen a bracelet. While I waited I took a look around the store. I was really impressed with the selection of beads that they had. I did not even realize so many types of beads existed. They had beads as well all the other things necessary to do beadwork. The people were friendly and I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. If I ever needed to get beads, this would be my first stop.
