I’ve had decent experiences here before, but my last gel-x manicure with N. was unacceptable. She rushed and left large gaps between my natural nails and the gel-x, which is a health hazard and can lead to infection. Even after returning to have them fixed, two nails were still not properly applied and debris even got trapped in the gaps. I now have to get the nails removed less than a week after having them redone and spending over $100. At a minimum, nails should be applied correctly. If you’re booking, make sure you double check the application.
