Shailender did an outstanding job making the SAFe POPM course both engaging and easy to understand. His instructions were clear, thorough, and highly effective.

I took Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) - Release Train Engineer (RTE) training between May 16-19, 2025. It was an extensive training spanning over 3 days, and 8 hours/ day. This was the first time, I was learning about SAFe, ART, ERT, BO, PO, or any other related concepts about the specific industry covered in the training. Furthermore, my background was also different compared to the other trainees. However, at the end of my training, I was very much confident about my understanding as well as all the new learning about SAFe and all credits go to the outstanding trainer: Shailender Goswami. He is a seasoned and very well versed SAFe trainer. His style of training made me understand the intricate concepts of the SAFe easy. Shailender was very patient, professional, and helpful throughout the training. At the same time, he was also very punctual (even when sitting in the different time zone), and spend ~25 hours of direct training with me. Though the whole training was on the virtual platform, Shailender made me feel like it was in person interaction. As mentioned earlier, I come from different industry compared to the most of SAFe users, but after going through this training with Shailender, I feel like there is a lot of learnings from SAFe which could directly be applicable to my current industry. Overall, I would greatly appreciate Shailender for his training and highly recommend him to anyone who wants to understand SAFe in general or any specific stream of training. Thanks.

I attended the SAFe POPM training with Shailender as my coach and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Shailender is a fantastic instructor, very knowledgeable of Agile and creates a professional, warm and welcoming environment. He is always open to answer all questions no matter how silly in order to give clarity even after the training. He is very supportive and I am glad I chose him as my trainer. Overall, the training sessions were well organized, well presented and very engaging. Highly recommended.
