Quote Received: 7/1/25 Deposit Sent: 7/6/25 Email followup: 7/8/25 After the email followup, they claimed they never received the deposit (via Zelle) despite bank confirming the transaction was processed on-time and as requested. They doubled down on their claim, then stating someone had placed a deposit down before us on 7/7/25. Chatted with them on the phone questioned how 7/6/25 is "after" 7/7/25, confirmed all facts and they agreed they were in-fact mistaken, blamed the weekend/not checking transfers/etc. Offered $200 off for "their bad" but on a different day. Despite having utilized their services previously (flawlessly I might ad) Too many "mistakes" happened here for my comfort.
