Nina absolutely killed it!! Such reasonable pricing for amazing quality work. I haven’t found a place I liked to get my nails done in Austin until I found Bellagio! I’m very picky with shape and style, and Nina captured my vision perfectly. The staff are great with communication and making sure you’re getting exactly what you want. Very efficient and quick too. Nina is absolutely amazing!! She takes pride in her work and always does an incredible job on my manicures 😍💅 She's extremely talented and hardworking, and her nail art skills are on a whole different level. No matter how detailed the nail art inspo I bring her is, she's always able to make my nail design ideas come out even better than I could've imagined! I've been getting so many compliments on my nails from family, friends, and complete strangers since getting my nails done here! (I've attached photos of my top 2 favorite sets...the Chinese New Year set and the Tortoise shell French tip with gold set 🤩✨) I'd also like to give a shout-out to Taylor who is so sweet and does excellent pedicures! My feet are extremely sensitive and she is always extra gentle with them. And the receptionists are also super friendly and fun to chat with too 😊 I highly recommend coming here if you want the best manicure/pedicure experience!

I’m SUPER disappointed. I don’t know if I came in late or what the issue was. THE RESPONSE IS EVEN WORSE!!!! sir I told you multiple times I had no ISSUE with the price. That’s just not what got told to me and sorry there was a miscommunication on YOUR END. Also you gave me a menu for PEDICURES. That showed a pricing of $35 and I was told gel with what I was asking was $55 soooooo. Where did the $120 come from? Even if my nails were $75???? Again don’t be upset with me because yall lacked an understanding of what I asked for when I walked in. I didn’t need all the extra I just needed what I asked for. You even asked me in surprise!! Did I have another person with me because the extra $50 some dollars didn’t make sense to YOU either. So PLEASE. don’t pretend like I had an issue paying because I payed immediately. I simply stated that’s crazy I’m paying these prices when I could’ve been told it would’ve been the same If I would’ve got a full set. In addition you can ask your nail techs. Each one of them I snatched my hand or foot because they cut me sorry you don’t see fresh cuts. That’s the craziest thing I’ve ever heard. Don’t come on here giving a false narrative. My boyfriend asked for the receipt to make it make sense and to see a breakdown of what got payed. But baby he wasn’t mad, nor was I just wanted proof of the foolery. Everyone was already rushing to leave and I figured it be over soon for a solid price. Genuinely disappointed in yalls shop. And the sass you THOUGHT you was gonna give me in your response. Do better. Original post: I got JUST an overlay on my fingers and toes, trying to save some time and I payed $174 dollars for this set. They claimed it cost the same as a “full set of short acrylic extensions”. Then tried to argue me down how it made sense. When I’ve lived in much bigger cities and payed nomore than $90 for MUCH BETTER SERVICE. I came in and asked for an overlay on my fingers and toes. Thinking I was paying maybe $95 I let some small things im usually more picky about go unbothered. But for $174 damn dollars. There’s no excuse for poor shape of my toes, in addition, I have cuts on multiple fingers. In addition to having the tips of my fingernails burnt?? For $174 dollars I’m just disappointed. Everyone was gone by the time I left the shop but I will be going back to have each issue fixed. I feel like they just tried to get me out my money because I look very young. I didn’t even tip!! I haven’t not tipped a service provider since I was 19 years old, and I make a point to include such tips in my budget for each individual who touches my nails. This is just sad to me, I haven’t left a review for a place in years but this was just a business trying to make an extra dollar off the wrong person. I HIGHLY recommend calling ahead. Because I was told a quote of $80 and somehow incurred a fee of $174 dollars.
