Great for a nature walk or even a bike this park is a conjunction to many other parks, if you follow the trail it will lead to other parks in the area. There is also a back country where you can have a nature walk, wildlife viewing is great here. There is a shallow river that the family can get there feet wet.....

Great place to have a picnic and let the kids play in the stream, for free! Plus they have bathrooms. ☺️

On the beautiful day I visited, my sister and niece (13) were with me. My niece enjoyed the play area with swings and the lack of goose waste was notable. It wasn't terribly busy and several other families were picnicking or playing tennis.

The ideal park for a walk. Some areas are manicured neatly like most city parks, other areas are natural and overgrown on purpose. Big enough that you can't always tell where every path will lead, and surprises can be found at each turn or corner.

3 stars for ease of accessbfor disabled/ADA access. 5 STARS for park itself. Now allow me to explain: my husband is in a wheelchair and this park offers NO ADA access to any area of the park. It is all a steep walk downhill to get to park and very difficult in a wheelchair. The sidewalks do not go to the creek to watch kids (in a wheelchair) and grass & wheelcgair don't work. So overall, it's extremely difficult if you need ADA access to this park- be warned ahead of time. On the positive, excellent park for the kids! Creek is amazing, long and offers plenty of area for kids, safe and full of sand! Excellent trees for shading, restrooms, picnic tables offered all over. Petting zoo is okay not a huge thing for kids under age of 4-5, train is so fun for kids ($2 a person). Bring lawn chairs, sunblock as creek is in full sun! There is a play park area with a covered picnic shelter area at the top of the hill on Inca road (keep in mind this park has hills "everywhere"- be prepared Mama's!) The kids park is great offering toddler side and kid side which is great(stop over across the street at Cornerstone Park for an amazing park /water spray experience- then go back to creek for a full water experience!!). The Bellview kids park itself is access via Inca using "stairs only" so be sure if you have a stroller to park in the other parking lot by petting zoo/train area amd push stroller up slight hill for easier access to this particular area. Creek is shallow enough all the way down for littles, except the area closest to the road where the tunnels are, a little deep for this mama of a 3 year old, so we stick to shallow area, which has tons more creek offered anyways!! And I've noticed at the deeper end the older kids go there and play a little too rough for a toddler around, so best to stick on other sides of creek! Again it's so long and offers so much water fun in many areas! Catch crawdads (spelling lol) which is fun for kiddos! Great place for family pics as well all year round! Park rating is 5 star hands down, access for disabled would actually be a 1 or 0, this is why I gave a medium score!! Hope this helps!!!!
