Reliable way to get downtown from this area. Please note, the elevator isn't 100% reliable so sometimes you must use the stairs. It worked for me on arrival but not always. Used the stairs my day of departure. Use the transit app to see when the next E train is on its way.

This station is so nice and probably one of the prettiest. I wish they had more seating while waiting for the train, but I enjoy transferring here to the Nine-mile station via R line which seems to be more consistent than the H line.
