Yikes what a terrible way to act as a business owner. Your response is a perfect example of why customer service matters—rather than listening to feedback, you dismiss concerns and lecture your customers. Perhaps if you spent less energy defending your team wrong doings and more time addressing issues directly, you'd earn better reviews. Ignoring criticism is a great way to lose influence and respect. If you were sorry about your employees behavior and you told me so you would act like it not bring up old to justify the newest response even though your employee did act out of place. Additionally, since you wanted to bring up the employee with the mask, how ironic is it that one day she has it on and the next day she has it off. The inconsistency is why I questioned whether or not I should be concerned. We are all going through something so nice try. I even edited my review about the female with the mask after we spoke trying to do the right thing and yet you still bring it up. That is on you and you. Both of your employees need feedback. Good riddance I haven't shopped in your store for some time now and I do not miss your terrible staff and overpriced markups. The brother and sister who own the place are great, but this employee is doing the bare minimum—and making the experience worse for everyone.
