Incredible service and cool/chill vibes. Authentic menu - everything we had was delicious from the salad, esquites, tacos, enchiladas, and churros. The house marg is maybe my favorite in town and the mezcal list is extensive and curated - with the authentic Oaxacan candle shot glasses! Prices are more than reasonable. Also, there is a great kids menu! Even my daughter's quesadilla was delicious! We will be back. And check out the happy hour!

So impressed by the changes at this place. Fast service, fun atmosphere. Just all around great. We stopped coming because it was so serious but after the protest yesterday we tried it. Have to say, all the new faces made us want to come back. Had the tempura cod and EJ made us a wonderful margarita from scratch because I like a LOT of heat. So much fun with the sing a longs!!

We come here often but haven’t for a while due to travel. Came back to all new faces and I must say wow!!!! We were met with smiling faces and an upbeat atmosphere! It was amazing. EJ was attentive, fun, and that made us move from the table to the bar. There was a newness about Bellota that wasn’t as tense as we remember. We came back on yesterday and sat on the patio. Fast service and the young lady Bri was helpful, nice, and very quick. I loved how every worker there came and check on us. Best kept secret in boulder!

Excellent staff service. I sat in the bar, so bartender was attentive and nice. Although I gave two stars because their poor quality of Mexican food. I think it is such a disrespectful act to label your restaurant as a “upscale Mexican cuisine” when the dish is so white wash, flavor LESS, and the sauces are NOT even homemade. Highly disappointed. Definitely not coming back anytime soon. I tried their enchiladas de pollo and guacamole.
