Front desk won’t answer any calls and then won’t give you the correct information in person. I had to point out times that were given in person were incorrect compared to the schedule that’s on paper. Then they claim there’s swim lessons taking place when the pools were completely empty. Went back for the 2nd time, and I was stopped by a life guard that said “phone calls and phones are not allowed in Pool area because parents will not pay attention to their children and be on their phones” Clearly knowing that there were no children in the pool area and I had no child with me or around me. I said “I have no children and right now it’s lap swim.” Then he said that if my phone was stolen then I’d be responsible, knowing well he had no reason to tell me whether I can be on my phone or not. I don’t know where the entitlement came from but if phones really weren’t allowed in pool area then put up a sign. Besides the ridiculous hours this place and the laziness and entitlement from the employees this is a hidden gem theres 4 pools. First, is for toddlers that is 1.5 ft, the second (over the fence) is 2-2.5ft, third is 3-4ft, and the fourth which is the biggest pool with over 6lanes is 4-14ft. The water and facility looked clean, there’s showers, lockers, and private area to change. Big facility for friends and family and beautiful park to try out after swimming.

Great public pool with a lot of different activities for youth and adults. Staff is helpful, efficient, and friendly. The water aerobics classes are fun and a good way to work out. The lifeguards are the instructors.

The pool is great when it’s working and actually open. The staff is friendly when you show up in person. But, I’ve driven here 3 times in past month only to find out that the place was closed or that lap swimming wasn’t available due to maintenance. There also wasn’t any communication around when exactly this will reopen from the fires, for holidays, for maintenance, etc. only way to find out is to waste your time driving there first!! Please show staff how to use Google to update hours and outages or at least tell us where online we can check to find this information out because let’s be real, people don’t always pick up the phone. Please improve your communication with the public regarding availability. Thanks!
