I’ve been coming here for years and always have a good experience. Sure, sometimes it’s absolutely slammed and really busy, but the staff has always been nice which I really do appreciate and commend them for since I know working retail period can be tough, especially a place as crowded as downtown Ann Arbor. Great vibes all around, quality product that is a bit on the higher end for cream, but also is worth it to me to support a company that has such solid values, uses quality and thoughtfully-sourced ingredients and puts their money where their mouth is and I would like to continue to a support a company that advocates for people like me. They have so many truly delicious flavors and I highly recommend. The location is good, with some indoor seating which even at peak times I manage to find a spot. Solid central location with parking structures nearby.

After a little dispute I had with this company I figured it was time to leave a horrible review. Not only was the product wrong from the start but it just got worse... Wow. Just… wow. Thank you so much for the incredibly generous $8.99 "free" coupon what an absolute gift. I can’t tell you how thrilled I was to discover that the item it’s meant for costs $9.99. So it’s not actually free… it’s just almost free. What a thoughtful gesture. Nothing says customer appreciation like making us pay the difference for something you claimed was “on you.” But wait it gets better! The second coupon? $1 off when you buy TWO items. Incredible. I get to spend double the money to save a whole dollar? What a steal! Who comes up with these things is there a prize for the most pointless coupon? Because this one’s a contender. If this is your idea of rewarding loyalty, I can only assume your company is either wildly out of touch or seriously down bad.
