Go see Craig. My uncle was given a military medals tribute box by the guys on base, but they spelled his name wrong. Craig went ABOVE AND BEYOND by providing proofs, suggesting changes and adding images that jazzed up the engraving. I'm posting the before and after so you can see for yourself. I'd give 10 stars if I could. Also, his communication was incredible throughout.
