Good sales prices and brands. I had an easy fix issue with my laptop. The man who helped me at the Geek Squad desk was terribly rude. (Not in picture.) It took 2 weeks to get my laptop back after a 1 hour repair.

I purchased a TV here the other day and after unboxing it as per the instructions I found that the panel is badly damaged with dead pixels. I brought it back the next day and they refused to replace it, saying that the damage is from “pinch marks”. The photo is of their employee unboxing the TV to check it and clearly “pinching” it EXACTLY how it says NOT to on the box and he then carried it around like that. They mishandled it right in front of me and likely added more damage to the screen and then said there was nothing they can do.

This store goes over the top to take care of their customers. More than required of them thats for sure. Kory in particular has to be the most helpful staff member I have ever encountered. With that being said anytime I need electronics or anything I'm going to this store only! Thanks Kory

I recently bought a TV from here and when I opened up the packaging I noticed the corner of the screen was severely damaged. I tried returning the TV and explained how I found it. A member from Geek Squad and the Best Buy manager told me they were unable to give me a refund because there was no apparent damage to the outside of the packaging and there were no reports of damage from the manufacturer. They said I could pay an additional $40 to get a new TV. I decided to take the TV back will work with online support instead. I understand that there is no way in this situation to prove that I didn’t damage it after opening. However, I am only trying to get my money back for a product what was already defunct. I shouldn’t have to pay extra for something I wasn’t responsible for in the first place. It’s unfortunate that there is no trust for the customers that help keep the your business afloat. ADVICE: Have Best Buy personnel open and inspect packages items before buying.

I rarely review places but the Boulder Best Buy has poor customer service. I wanted to check if a charger would fit my device before I bought it and they said I had to buy it first. So, I went to another store where they took it out of box without me having to ask and plugged it in to make sure it worked before I bought it. Best Buy is too big so they think they can treat customers poorly.
