I didn't understand the hype of this pool and why it charges for admission versus others in the area. The Northwest pool was dirty and the ledges are crumbling. The bottom of the pool was rough and needs to be refinished. The changing rooms also left much to be desired. The best parts of it were the plentiful shaded seating for patrons and for the lifeguards. For a better swim experience for free, Walnut Creek has just as much area to swim with a diving board. It's equally as old but seems in better condition.

I had very bad experience with this place, we paid the fee, but the diving place was close, they did not tell us that is is close, and they did not refund us, I did not recommend this place.

I have fond memories here from late spring when so many other fitness options were unavailable but this pool was open. Andrew and team kept a great social distancing regimen.
