Your response here is full of contradictions and excuses. If you truly record calls, then please check them—because I was told exactly what I wrote above. I never “insulted” anyone—I asked for help when I was lost and was met with sarcasm, disrespect, and zero accountability. Telling a paying customer, “you obviously don’t follow instructions” then “good luck getting your money back” is not professional. Offering a free tour after insulting me doesn’t fix the fact that your staff was rude, dismissive, and unhelpful when I needed basic directions and clarity. I stand by my review: your communication is misleading and your customer service is unprofessional. Tourists deserve better. Do better, Big Dave’s.

Do NOT book here! First, they rescheduled my Jet Ski ride without even asking me. Then, I wasn't aware we had to park in a parking garage until the last minute. So once I realized we wouldn't make it in time I asked multiple times to just reschedule for the next day. The lady, Rose, was extremely disrespectful. She stated "It won't kill ya to walk fast" as you see in the screenshots. At that point I did not even want to reschedule due to her attitude and them moving my event time without asking me first, nor was the option to reschedule even offered until I texted management. I decided I would try to reschedule for the next day, but it was raining. They would not refund my payment for something that I wasn't able to attend. They claim they don't offer refunds, but clearly in the below comments, the owner stated that he gave a customer a full refund. Terrible customer service.

These guys canceled my tour a day before it even happened talking about maintenance on the vehicles they want to reschedule when I’m only visiting and won’t be there. Emailed about my refund and no response. If you you going to cancel make sure someone gets there refund as fast as you take their payment

I would say I was or should say I would probably be the worse client Big Dave tours ever had to deal with, I arrived super late..my payment did not go through and got lost on the way 3 times yet those guys worked with me way and beyond, or maybe I just had a bad day but seriously it was all forgotten as soon as I stepped foot on that boat.. I love you big dave with all of your crew and I will definitely tell family and friends.
