They are well positioned on the pier and had lots of bikes to rent when we were there on a Sunday late afternoon in July. As a family of four we chose the four seater and wanted to head up the lakeside trail. The amount of effort that it took to cycle on this very flat and smooth trial made it an unpleasant experience, even though three of us had run half marathons within the last 12 months. On returning I reported the mechanical resistance and got the usual expressionless, actionless "we are sorry. Perhaps it's because there were four of you. We'll report it." A standard respons that I've learnt really means we aren't going to do anything about it but we tell you this to make you feel better and go away. Perhaps the key lies in the reviews having a score below 4.0 in a time where people give 5s at the drop of a hat. Let's hope they address this and people get to enjoy using their product.

Great experience! We had so much fun on the Segway tour!!!! We had a very friendly and down to earth tour guide named Ivory who did an amazing job! We were sad when it was over. Highly recommend the Segway tour! There are lots of options to take public transportation or they have multiple parking garages available just be aware that is it very expensive park down town and by Navy Pier but it is so worth it!!! Dont be scared! You cab do it! Bring your friends and you'll have a blast! Check Groupon for deals!
