I'm not exactly a hard case when it comes to a bike fit. I had spent a good month trying to dial in my gravel bike and had kept thinking that I needed to go shorter stem or smaller frame. After booking a fit with Bill, we sorted out that I was actually too cramped and I needed to go a bit longer on my stem. He also found a decent leg length discrepancy. These along with finding the perfect saddle for me has given me so much more comfort riding my gravel bike. I'm very pleased with my bike setup now. I have tried to get in to see 3 different fitters but the scheduling was always arduous and didn't work out. Not so with BikeFitr. Their system was easy to use and when I got there they took care of me like they had known me forever. I worked with Bill and John and they took the time to work on my cockpit, crankset and saddle. I got back on to my ride and no longer felt like I was fighting my bike. It just feels natural. My bike is an older Fuji Tri bike and they knew what I could and could not do to adjust it. If you're on the fence, do it! A huge Thank You to both Bill and John! You guys are stellar human beings!
