Ok so the 2 stars is not really fair as the bike rental was brilliant and bikes were in great working order, these were provided free of charge for 3 hours after booking the Everglades airboat tour, along with the millionaires island tour and that’s where things started to go wrong ! Arrived at shop 9.15 we were told we would be back for around 2pm and set off again around 4pm for the island tour! Well that didn’t happen ! Took over 2 and half hours to get there after numerous pick ups mostly from hotels, we were taken around the corner from the shop and picked up from the roadside ! We then sat around for over an hour at the airboat ride and let’s be honest there is pretty much nothing to do other than wait ! Or get attacked by birds if you decide to purchase food and they will attack you ! We finally arrived back at the shop with 15 mins to spare for our other tour which was not too bad, after speaking g with other guests I think you can book this for cheaper and get better transport than what we expected ohh and the aircon wasn’t working on the bus… but how much of this can you hold the shop accountable for ?

We rented rollerskates for two hours. It was enough to go to the end of south beach, and go to middle beach and come back to drop them off on time. It was a great ride, filled with palm trees, and stopping and seeing the occasional wildlife. The lady that was working was really nice and helpful. If you’re outdoorsy and know how to ride I definitely recommend trying it.

The guide, Abraham was extremely helpful and informative during the ride. Visited parts we would have probably missed without a guide. Very understanding and managed a mixed group some with ebike and some on normal bikes. A very good tour , Star island was very interesting

Had a spare day during a business trip and decided to rent a bike and explore Miami a bit. Having few ideas where to go, Abraham from the shop pitched in with a suggestion to go to Wynwood and see the murals and taste some of the great food from the “Smorgasburg” food market. What a great suggestion!! We rode 27kms (16,7mi) all in all and it proved to be one the best rides I’ve had in ages with mind blowing art and perfect views of the harbour side in Miami. Ride further - see more 👏🏻. And thanks a bunch to Abraham for suggesting it!
