This is a great little hot yoga studio, with well-qualified instructors. If you are not familiar with traditional Bikram yoga, it is HOT! The whole point is to sweat, get warm, and be uber-flexible. Teachers walk you through 26 postures, guiding you to your own personal best expression. Be prepared by hydrating yourself throughout the 24hours before you plan to be in class... it's 80º and 80% humidity in there baby! Expensive, but if you get the monthly and go a few times a week, you'll save a little and start to see why it's worth every penny.
