If you’re looking for professional and responsive work on your bike then Jared and Michael are your guys. I bought a used 3T road bike that needed some work and brought it into the SLC location. Since I’m new to road cycling I was a bit nervous to ask any dumb/obvious questions, but they both made me feel comfortable and shared their wealth of knowledge. When I had my bike serviced they were very communicative with times and expectations. I’ve brought my bike in a few times since and don’t think I’ll have anyone else work on it in the future.
