10/10 Best experience ever! Never experienced customer service like this anywhere else. Ricardo was very friendly and greeted us at the entrance. He made sure we were well equipped. The kayaks were in perfect condition, and they provide you with amenities we didn't even think of ourselves!! They offer a speaker connected to a waterproof backpack which was so awesome, as well as water bottles. FANTASTIC PRICES!! You can tell that they care about their customers and that customer satisfaction is number 1 priority. We had a terrific time. THANK YOU!!!! Will definitely be back.

We had an amazing experience at Biscayne Bay Paddleboards and Kayaks located at 1701 Sunset Harbour Dr in Miami Beach. The equipment is well-maintained and almost new, and the service is extremely professional. It's a family-owned business run by two brothers, Daniel and Rick, who are very friendly and pay attention to every detail. They provide customers with waterproof bags for clothes, shoes, and anything else you don't want to get wet, as well as a special case for your cellphone that keeps it dry while allowing you to take photos. During our tour, which was guided by Daniel, we were able to enjoy the stunning views of the city with the sunset in the background. Daniel took many photos, which are an invaluable memento of the experience. This tour is a must for anyone who loves Miami and enjoys the sea. We highly recommend this place. 100%.

He genuinely cared about our experience, and we were given all the instructions you could need. He even provided water proof phone cases & waters in a little cooler. This family owned business is awesome - we will be back!! Ps- finding it can be a little difficult but you just find the building with the white and blue stripe down the middle & it’s behind it!
