The building manager Vince along with Syiara are amazing. Extremely prompt and always available assist. I absolutely love my ‘Carrie Bradshaw’ inspired closet. Great location just wish the heating/electric bill wasn’t extremely high along with receiving more lighting.

Syiara is honestly the best. She’s super friendly, always helpful, and just brings good energy every time you see her. She makes the building feel way more welcoming, and you can tell she genuinely cares. We’re lucky to have her around!

I have visited the property frequently, and the property manager, Syiara, was invaluable and friendly throughout the entire time. A couple of months ago, I misplaced a package while visiting a friend who lives in the building. I explained the situation to her, and she went out of her way to assist me, locating all of my items quickly. Her excellent customer service made a difference—thank you, Syiara!

Trashed Apartment / Caution EDIT: We did share our key collection time weeks in advance and in no way arrived early. The BJB management will not take responsibility, even after showing our email receipts that we asked for our keys the day and time we stated and arrived. Original: We received our apartment in 426 w surf Street in trashed and disgusting condition on May 6th which was 6 days after our lease started. Human waste in both toilets, large bags of garbage, filthy floors and kitchen. Was told that the BJB management thought we were moving in later so they didn't have the apartment ready. Therefore BJB will allow a unit to sit filthy and a mess creating unclean and unsafe living conditions for over a week. The condition we found it in could also lead to pest issues. This is no way to receive an apartment no matter when your move in day is. We paid for SIX days of an apartment that was unfit for move in. BJB and VINCENT PELINI refuse to prorate these days despite the apartment unit being unusable and delaying our move in. We upheld our side of the lease but be prepared for Vincent and BJB to Not! Document ALL correspondence, agreements, and conditions if leasing with BJB. We just wanted a clean and smooth move in and to get what we already paid for.
